Enable/Disable Database Connection Objects
Setting this parameter for an
object, you affect [batch]migration, [batch]comparison, [batch]synchronization
and scripting processes, using this object in current workspace.
Enable/Disable Column
- Right-click on the column name
- Select the Enable Column or Disable
Column option.
You will see that the Icon near the column name has
changed.
Alternative way to enable/disable column is to double-click on
the column name and see the Icon (status) switched.
The name of the
disabled column will be shown as grayed-out.
Enable/Disable All Columns
- Right-click on the table/view name and select Enable All
Columns or Disable All Columns
Enable/Disable Table/View
- Right-click on the table/view name
- Select Enable table/view or Disable
table/view .
Name of disabled table/view will be shown as
grayed-out.
Enable/Disable All Tables/Views
- Right-click on Tables/Views node
- Select Disable All Tables/Views or Enable All
Tables/Tables.
Names of disabled tables/views will be shown as
grayed-out.
Enable/Disable Stored Procedure
- Right-click on the stored procedure name
- Select Enable Stored Procedure or Disable Stored
Procedure.
Name of Disabled stored procedure will be shown as
grayed-out.
Enable/Disable Tables/Views/Columns by filter
- Right-click on Tables/Views node
- Select Search and Set by Filter .
- In the dialog, specify the wildcard for the objects you want to
disable/enable
- Select if you want it to affect columns or tables and select the "Disable"
or "Enable" option.
For example: if you want to Disable tables
"LastYearReports" and "LastYearActivities", just specify "LastYear*" in a
wildcard area and choose "Tables" and "Disable".
