Use Cross-Database Studio in order to synchronize data and schemas objects between various databases:

1.     Select schema objects and/or data to be synchronized;

2.     Configure synchronization strategy between two required databases;

3.     Run synchronization session manually or automatically (use build-in scheduling mechanism on demand);

4.     If required apply a comparison session to make sure the  schemas selected objects and/or data identity (appropriate reports can be generated on demand) ;

5.     Ensure that automated database comparison/synchronization is built into the development envelope from the beginning. Less paper means more time.

You can assign the comparison at night, or at any time you are comfortable with, by using the scheduling capabilities of the CDBS products.
